  • During peak periods, promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within West Malaysia only.

At this time, we do not offer delivery to East Malaysia or international destinations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order.

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed or confirmed before your order is finalised.

Delivery charges will be included in the total amount payable at checkout.

Delivery

Estimated delivery time for West Malaysia is 2-7 working days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be sent to you via WhatsApp so you can track your parcel.

Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or phone number, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive missing, incorrect, expired, or damaged item(s), please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Clear photos or an unedited video taken immediately after opening the parcel are required for verification.
