Chan Guan & Sons Trading

We take great care in packing and checking every order before dispatch.

Due to the nature of food and baking ingredients, all products sold are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold.

Exceptions

We will only consider a replacement if you receive:

  • Missing item(s)

  • Incorrect item(s)

  • Expired product(s)

  • Damaged item(s) upon delivery

To process your request, you must contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Clear photos or an unedited video taken immediately after opening the parcel

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the item(s) and the packaging condition

This helps us verify the issue and process your claim fairly.

Chan Guan & Sons Trading reserves the right to refuse any replacement request that does not comply with the requirements outlined in this policy.

Replacements

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may offer, at our discretion:

  • Replace the affected item(s), depending on the circumstances.

Processing time for approved replacements may take 2–7 working days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if they have NOT been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been packed or handed over to the courier, cancellation is not allowed.
