An ADA-free bread improver that improves dough stability and fermentation. It helps bread achieve better volume, soft texture, fine crumb, bright colour, and longer-lasting freshness.

Ingredients: Mineral Salt (E516), Corn Starch, Emulsifiers (E481, E482), Flour Treating Agent (E300) and Enzyme.

This product contain gluten & wheat, and is produced in the same production line with product containing Sulphur Dioxide & sulphites, milk, sesame, soy and celery.

Dosage: 0.50% on flour weight
