Ingredients: Flour Treatment Agent ( INS 516, INS 300), Corn Starch, Emulsifiers ( INS 481(i), INS 482(i)) and Enzyme

This product contain gluten & wheat, and is produced in the same production line with product containing Sulphur Dioxide & sulphites, milk, sesame, soy and celery.

Dosage: 0.50% on flour weight
