A food-grade preservative commonly used to help extend shelf life by inhibiting the growth of mould, yeast, and certain bacteria in food products. It is widely used in baked goods, cakes, biscuits, beverages, and other processed foods to maintain freshness, quality, and stability. Recommended usage: 1 teaspoon per 3kg of mixture. It appears as a white to off-white granular powder.

Ingredients: Potassium Sorbate (E202).
