An oil-soluble food colouring that produces soft yet vibrant shades with lower colour intensity compared to gel food colouring, making it easy to achieve the desired tone. Ideal for oil-based recipes and bakery products such as buttercream, Swiss meringue buttercream, mirror glaze cakes, cake batters, jelly, kuih-muih, and other desserts.

Ingredients: Mixture of Humectant (E1520), Thickener (E420), and Permitted Food Colouring (E102, E110, E133, E122, E124, E127, E155, E171).
