An oil-based food colouring specially formulated for chocolate applications. It blends easily into chocolate without clumping or causing it to seize, delivering smooth and vibrant colour results. Ideal for colouring chocolate-based creations such as cake pops, piñata cakes, and other chocolate decorations.

Ingredients: Propylene Glycol (E1520), Lecithin (E322), Glycerol (E422), Brilliant Blue, Lake Brilliant Blue (E133), Tartrazine, Lake Tartrazine (E102), Ponceau 4R, Lake Ponceau 4R (E124).
