The Multi-Purpose Gas Torch 915 produces a focused flame with temperatures of up to 1300°C, making it ideal for caramelising sugar on crème brûlée, browning toppings, and adding a finishing touch to desserts. It features an adjustable flame control valve for precise flame adjustment and a push-button ignition for easy operation. Designed for use with compatible portable butane gas canisters.

• Use only compatible gas canisters and install them according to the instructions.

• Do not touch the nozzle during or immediately after use, as it becomes extremely hot.

• Allow the torch to cool completely before storage.
