The MINEX Stainless Steel Ice Cream Scoop makes it easy to portion and release perfectly rounded scoops of ice cream. It can also be used for scooping melon, shortening, peanut butter, muffin batter, potato salad and cookie dough. The spring-release mechanism allows for easy release, even of sticky ingredients, reducing the need to bang the scoop against bowls or use additional utensils.
