A food-grade antioxidant commonly used to help prevent rancidity in fats and oils, extending shelf life and maintaining product freshness. It is widely used in baked goods, snacks, margarine, shortenings, and oils to protect flavour, aroma, colour, and quality. Recommended usage: 1g for 1kg of oil.
